Here is the top excursion of summer 2020: the ridges around Lake Pilate! A long and demanding excursion with more than 1,000 meters in altitude that will take us up from Castelluccio di Norcia to the Cima del Redentore. Excursion for those who are well trained and do not suffer from vertigo: the ridge in fact, in addition to offering unique and breathtaking views of Castelluccio, Pilato, Vettore and much more, has exposed and very demanding sections.

Route: Colli Alti e Bassi - Capanna Ghezzi - Forca Viola - Quarto San Lorenzo - Summit of the Observatory - Summit of the Redeemer - Summit of the Lake - Punta di Prato Pulito - Sella delle Ciaule - Vettoretto - Forca di Presta End of excursion: around 16.30

What to bring: hiking shoes, mask, sanitizing gel, breathable shirt, sweater or fleece, jacket, hat with visor, wool hat and gloves, packed lunch, 2 liter water, chocolate, dried fruit and kway. Replacement to keep in the car. Poles, binoculars and cameras are recommended.
Note COVID-19: during the excursion we will have to maintain an interpersonal distance of 2 meters and the masks ready for use (not worn during the progression)
