Excursion in the suggestive Vernino Valley, inside the Gola della Rossa! An average demanding excursion to enjoy the famous Vernino Grotto, the woods and the views of the homonymous valley, between Monte Murano and Monte Revellone. With a little luck we will be able to see the flight of the pair of Golden Eagle and the traces of the passage of wolves and roe deer!

Meeting 1: Senigallia (AN), Bar Paola, Via Bruno 22, 7:30 am

Meeting 2: Camponocecchio di Genga (AN), Bar La Pinta, 8:30 am

Path: Pontechiaradovo - Grotta del Vernino - Forestry Barracks - Vernino Valley - Case Col Saluccio - Pontechiaradovo. End of excursion: 13:00 approx.

Length: 9 km. Difference in altitude: 650 m approximately. Difficulty: hikers Transportation: own means

Excursion fee: 15 € (environmental guide service) Discounted fee: 10 € (minors)

What to bring (mandatory): trekking shoes, mask, sanitizing gel, breathable shirt, sweater or fleece, hat, sunscreen, 1.5 liter water, snacks, dried fruit and kway. Replacement to keep in the car. Sticks and camera are recommended.

Note COVID-19: during the excursion we will have to maintain an interpersonal distance of 2 meters and the masks ready for use (not worn during the progression)
