A double ring, an "8" itinerary with Carpegna in the center, where we will stop at the end of the first part of the tour to taste the local specialties. This tour is quite challenging athletically and in some places even for the driving technique, but allows us to ride the most beautiful trails in the area. First part super flow, in the dense forest, second part instead rocky and technical, there is something for all tastes. The tour is of a hiking nature, there is no hurry, there are no races and you don't have to prove anything. You just have to have fun! A non-competitive sports medical certificate or valid membership with a sports club that already requires it is required. EQUIPMENT Good mountain bikes, in good order, good tires and brakes, inner tube and kit for minor repairs: Helmet and glasses (mandatory); Technical clothing suitable for the season; Water bottle or water bag, energy snack.
